01. Nature of Deliverables

Pathway Media operates primarily as an IT Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Creative Media Agency headquartered at SCO 319, First Floor, Mughal Canal, Karnal, Haryana – 132001, India.

Our deliverables comprise two primary categories:

• Digital Services & Assets (Primary): Responsive websites, cloud web software, mobile applications (APKs / TestFlight), social media videos, 4K Reels, creative graphics, SEO audits, and recruitment candidate dossiers.
• Physical Deliverables & Media (Where Specified): Printed marketing collaterals, brochures, business stationery, branded company merchandise, exhibition displays, and encrypted physical hard drives/SSDs containing raw 4K video footage archives.

02. Digital Service Delivery Schedules & Mode

Digital projects adhere to clear, verifiable turnaround schedules:

• Starter Website Package (3-Page Build): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of all client copy, logo, and required inputs.
• Business Website Package (Up to 8 Pages): Delivered within 7 to 12 business days including custom gallery, portfolio, and SEO schemas.
• Premium Website Package (Up to 15 Pages): Delivered within 14 to 21 business days with custom booking/inquiry workflows, dynamic catalogs, and payment gateway integration.
• Bespoke Software & Enterprise CRMs: Delivered in scheduled sprint milestones (Alpha prototype, Beta staging, User Acceptance Testing, and Final Production release) as outlined in the signed Statement of Work.
• Social Media Management & Paid Ads: Content calendars and shoot deliverables are delivered and scheduled weekly or monthly in advance according to the contracted calendar.
• Mode of Digital Delivery: Staging previews are hosted on secure private test subdomains. Final code, assets, and credentials are delivered via secure cloud drives (Google Drive, AWS S3), private GitHub/GitLab repositories, and direct live deployment to client server infrastructure.

03. Physical Shipment & Pan-India Delivery

When physical items (such as corporate marketing prints, merchandise, or media drives) are ordered:

• Serviceable Coverage: We ship across India to all serviceable postal pin codes via reputed domestic express courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.
• Dispatch Timeline: Physical goods are dispatched from our production hub within 2 to 4 business days following client digital proof sign-off.
• Transit & Delivery Turnaround: Typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination city (metro hubs receive faster delivery compared to regional zones).
• Shipping Rates & Taxes: Standard shipping fees are calculated transparently during quotation based on consignment weight and destination, or provided complimentary for eligible corporate bulk packages.
• Consignment Tracking: Clients receive automated Air Waybill (AWB) consignment tracking details via email and WhatsApp upon dispatch for real-time parcel monitoring.

04. Digital Exchange & Revision Policy

Because custom digital creations (source code, bespoke videos, customized graphic design) are intangible and irrevocably consumed once delivered, they cannot be returned in a traditional physical sense. To guarantee total client satisfaction, we enforce the following revision & exchange mechanisms:

• Complimentary Revision Cycles: Every website and creative design package includes 2 to 3 structured revision rounds during the drafting and staging phases. Clients can request changes to color schemes, layout positioning, font hierarchy, and text copy.
• Post-Deployment Bug-Fix Warranty: Following live deployment, Pathway Media provides a complimentary 30-day (Starter), 90-day (Business), or 180-day (Premium) technical warranty. Any coding defects, layout responsiveness glitches, or server configuration bugs are corrected at zero additional charge.
• Feature Extensions: Modifications that alter the agreed architectural scope or add new functional modules beyond the approved SOW are handled via formal change requests at nominal hourly rates.

05. Physical Goods Replacement & Exchange

In the event that physical merchandise, marketing brochures, or hard media drives arrive defective, damaged in transit, or misprinted contrary to approved digital proofs:

• 48-Hour Notification Window: The Client must notify Pathway Media within 48 hours of delivery receipt by emailing info@pathwaymedia.in or sending a WhatsApp message to +91 70827 07400 with photographic/video evidence of the packaging defect or damage.
• Free Replacement Print Run: Upon prompt verification by our logistics desk, Pathway Media will initiate an expedited free reprint and replacement dispatch within 3 to 5 business days at zero additional cost to the client.
• Non-Return of Customized Prints: Clients are not required to ship back physically damaged printed materials once clear digital photographic proof has been authenticated.

06. Transit Delays & Force Majeure

While Pathway Media exercises utmost diligence to ensure prompt delivery, we are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier logistical disruptions, extreme weather catastrophes, regional strikes, national holidays, or customs inspections. Our operations team actively tracks delayed consignments to ensure swift resolution.
